- If your product is defective / damaged or incorrect/incomplete “at the time of delivery”, please contact us Immediately, BEFORE you pay cash to the deliveryman / In-front of Deliveryman. Your product may be eligible for refund or replacement depending on the product category and condition. We do not take any responsibility of a product once it has been delivered. Any claim after the deliveryman left will not be considered.
- Please note that products are not eligible for a return if the product is “No longer needed”

INVALID REASONS TO RETURN AN ITEM
- You no longer have a use for the product
- You have changed your mind about the purchase ( After order has been placed to the customer )
- Any claim of defect/returned once the product has been delivered.
TERMS & CONDITIONS TO RETURN A PRODUCT
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws. LEATHER JACKETS can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn .
- The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.
- The product must be returned in the original and undamaged manufacturer packaging / box.
Refund Policy
ISSUANCE OF REFUNDS
If your goods qualify for a refund, you have to send back the goods that you received through another courier. As soon as we receive your product and put it through quality inspection, you can anticipate your refund to be processed within 7 business days after we collect it.
In some cases, the refund process may take longer than expected because of unforeseen complications or delays in shipment.
CONDITIONS OF REFUNDS
- We will have to deduct the delivery charge.
- A 5% refund servicing fee will be deducted from the total amount.
- After the refund request is approved, it normally takes a maximum of 7 business days to complete the refund process.
